Yes. Our migration tool imports channels, message history, members, and roles. We assign a dedicated migration engineer for enterprise accounts to handle the transition.

You choose — US, EU, or APAC data residency. All data is encrypted at rest with AES-256 and in transit with TLS 1.3. Self-hosted accounts store data wherever you run the server.
