Privacy policy

Skyverse (SkyverseRP) is a GTA V roleplay server on FiveM, run by Vozxo Studio. This policy covers the website at skycord.space and the game server.

You sign in with Steam, using Steam OpenID. From that we store:

• Your SteamID64, and the same ID in the hex form the game server uses (steam:1100001…).
• Your Steam display name and avatar, so your account looks like you.

We never get your Steam password or your email address. Steam doesn't share them with us.

Linking Discord is optional. If you link it, we store your Discord ID and username, for community roles and so job HR can reach you about an application.

When you connect, the server records your identifiers: Steam, your Rockstar license, Discord (if FiveM shares it) and your IP address. It uses them to recognise you, give you your roles (whitelist, jobs, supporter tier, staff) and enforce bans, so a ban sticks to the person, not one account.

To keep VPN and proxy connections out, the server checks your IP with a detection service (proxycheck.io).

The server also keeps activity logs, such as when you join and leave and events staff need to check a report.

• Rules quiz: each attempt, your answers, your score and the date. That's how the whitelist works, and how we know when to ask you to retake it.
• Job applications: what you write and the status. The HR team for that job reads it and may add notes.
• Drafts of an application stay in your browser until you send it. See the Cookie policy.
• When you contact us: your name, email, the topic and your message. If you're signed in we also attach your account ID, so staff can find your account.

• To run your account and the whitelist you asked for.
• To keep the city fair: rule enforcement, bans and appeals.
• To review job applications.
• To reply when you contact us.
• To count visits with Google Analytics, only if you say yes.

We don't sell your data, and we don't use it for ads.

• Staff, only the parts their role needs. Job HR sees applications for their own job.
• Steam and Discord, during sign-in and linking. Their own privacy policies apply.
• Tebex, once supporter purchases open. Tebex takes the payment and sees your payment details. We don't.
• Google, only if you allow analytics. Google runs Google Analytics for us as a processor. See below.
• Our hosting providers, only to run the website, database and game server. The game servers are in India / Asia. Our host is OVH.

We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages get used. It stays off until you say yes in the cookie banner. We use Google Consent Mode, so analytics storage is denied by default and no analytics cookies are set before you agree.

If you say yes, Google processes:

• The pages you visit, how long you stay and the site that sent you here.
• Your device, browser and screen size.
• Your rough location (country or city), worked out from your IP address.
• A random ID stored in the _ga cookies, so a return visit counts once.

We don't send Google your Steam ID, name, Discord or anything you type into a form. Google acts as our processor under its data processing terms, and may process the data outside your country.

Change your mind any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page, or in the Cookie policy.

• Activity logs: 90 days, then deleted automatically.
• Quiz attempts and job applications: as long as your account exists.
• Account details (Steam, Discord link): as long as your account exists.

Contact messages are deleted 30 days after your request is resolved. Ask us to delete one sooner.

Ask us to delete your account and we delete all of this. We may keep a record of an active ban so it can't be dodged by deleting the account.

• See it: ask for a copy of what we hold about you.
• Fix it: ask us to correct anything that's wrong.
• Delete it: ask us to delete your account and data.
• Change your mind: turn Google Analytics off any time in the cookie settings.
• Complain: you can contact the data protection authority where you live.

Email us with your SteamID64 (it's on your Account page). We reply within 2–3 days and finish within one month. We may ask you to sign in to prove it's you.

Skyverse is for adults. You must be 18 or older to sign in or play. If we learn an account belongs to someone younger, we close it and delete its data.

When we change this policy, we update the date at the top and post the change on Updates.
