Purchases aren't open yet
The shop isn't live. This policy applies once supporter purchases open.
Who sells the tiers
Supporter tiers are sold by Tebex, which is the seller and takes the payment. Your receipt comes from Tebex.
Purchases are final
Purchases are final and non-refundable, except where the law where you live says otherwise. A tier is a licence to use a perk on Skyverse while it is active; it has no cash value.
Cancelling
Cancel anytime. Nothing changes until the month you paid for ends; then the tier and its queue priority stop. Cancelling does not refund the current month.
Gifts
A gift is one month, paid once, and is final once bought.
If you are banned
A ban for breaking the rules does not entitle you to a refund.
Chargebacks
Opening a chargeback instead of contacting us may lead to the tier being removed and the account restricted while it is reviewed.
Problems with a purchase
If something went wrong with a purchase, contact us with your Tebex transaction ID. We reply within 2–3 days.
