Priority,
never power.

What supporters never get
Zero pay-to-win. If it changes what happens in the city, it isn't for sale.
- No itemsEverything you carry is bought, found or earned in game.
- No moneyIn-game cash only comes from jobs, businesses and deals.
- No weaponsNot one gun, attachment or armour piece.
- No in-game advantageNo stats, skills, jobs or ranks. A supporter plays by the same rules.
Questions about tiers
Can I get a refund?
Purchases are final, except where the law says otherwise. Read the refund policy before you subscribe. If something went wrong with a purchase, contact us.
Does priority skip the whole queue?
No. It moves you up. You pass people with fewer points, but anyone with more points is still ahead of you. See how the queue works.
Does it stack?
Yes. Priorities add up: Silver and Gold together give +140. The new-player bonus and any priority staff give you count on top.
Can I gift a tier?
Yes. A gift is one month, paid once, for a friend's Steam account. It starts on their next connect and doesn't renew. Gifting opens with the Tebex store.
What happens if I cancel?
Nothing changes until the month you paid for ends. Then the tier and its queue priority stop.
