Terms of service

These terms are the deal between you and Vozxo Studio when you use skycord.space or play on the SkyverseRP server. By signing in or connecting, you agree to them. If you don't, please don't use Skyverse.

• You're 18 or older.
• You have a Steam account and your own copy of GTA V and FiveM.
• You aren't banned from Skyverse on another account.

You sign in with Steam, so your Steam account is your Skyverse account. Keep it secure. You're responsible for what happens on it. Don't sell, share or lend it.

The server rules are part of these terms. You pass the rules quiz to get whitelisted. When the rules version changes, you retake the quiz before your next session.

If you break the rules or these terms, staff can warn, kick or ban you, for a set time or for good. A ban applies to your identifiers (Steam, license, Discord, IP), not just one account.

If you think a ban is wrong, appeal it on the ban appeal page. Staff review every appeal. Getting around a ban, for example with a new account or a VPN, is its own reason for a ban.

• Silver, Gold, Platinum and Ruby are monthly subscriptions sold through Tebex, which is the seller and takes the payment.
• A tier renews every month until you cancel. Cancel anytime: the tier and its queue priority last until the end of the month you've paid for.
• You can buy a tier as a gift for another player's Steam account. It starts on their next connect.
• They buy queue priority and cosmetics only. Nothing that helps your character win.
• They're a licence to use a perk on Skyverse, not property. They have no cash value and can't be transferred.
• Refunds follow the Refund policy. Purchases aren't open yet.

You keep ownership of what you write, like applications and messages. You let us store it and show it to the staff who need it to run Skyverse. Don't post anything illegal, hateful, or that isn't yours to share.

Skyverse isn't affiliated with or endorsed by Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive or Cfx.re. GTA V and FiveM have their own terms, including FiveM's terms of service (opens in a new tab), and they apply to you too.

We build Skyverse with care, but it comes as it is. The server restarts, has downtime and changes as we develop it. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for lost in-game progress or items. We can change or close Skyverse, and we'll post big changes on Updates.
